Everytime i go to open a mesage it is completely blank the only thing i see is who sent it even on old messges ive read before it is doing this now ??

Hello brittanyq87 and welcome to Geeks to Go!

Do you use a web browser to access your Yahoo mail? If so, which browser and which version (e.g. Internet Explorer 7)?

If you are using IE, you can try clearing the cache, instructions are something like the following:

Click the "Tools" menu bar.
Choose "Internet Options".
On the "General" tab in the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click "Delete Files"
This will delete all the files in your cache.
Click "OK"
