Hi,

A couple of weeks ago, I installed Windows Media Player 10. I've been having problems with it. It stops playing files at random times.

It's not listed in Add/Remove Programs and there's no Uninstaller in its folder. How can I uninstall it and then reinstall a fresh copy of it?

Hi Denisejm,

Media Player really should be listed in the add/remove programs list. It's under Windows Media Player, not Media player.
Perhaps you can click to show updates on the top of the add/remove progams list but that shouldn't make a differance.

Another idea is to maybe upgrade to Media player 11 and see if that works for you.
