Bluetooth Problems

I have what I'm sure is a minor problem but because my lack of knowledge of computers I tend to struggle with the most basic task. I tried to install a bluetooth device and got a disk with it, It's a (Bluetooth) USB dongle, about halfway into the installation is stopped saying device drivers not found so I followed the on-screen instructions and windows looked for another driver. It found the required driver but then it wouldn't install the software needed for it to run and came up with the message : Windows was unable to install your BCM2035B
I searched the internet looking for this software but just kept running into dead ends, I'd be very greatfull if someone could help me out and I hope everyone is enjoying the Holiday season.
