Is pc6400 ram much better than pc4200?

I was wondering if their is much of a difference between 2 Gigabytes of PC4200 ram and 2 Gigabytes of PC6400.

Assuming the timings are the same, PC2 6400 DDR2 RAM is 33.375% faster than PC2 4200 DDR2 RAM. This is because PC2 6400 DDR2 RAM operates at an effective speed of 800mhz, while PC2 4200 DDR2 RAM operates at an effective speed of 533mhz.

In a real life scenario the differences are very small, if noticeable at all.
