DR WATSON POST MORTEM DEBUGGER...PLEASE HELP...

I'VE BEEN TRYING TO FIX THIS PROBLEM ON MY COMPUTER FOR OVER A MONTH NOW, I HAVEN'T MADE A POST UNTIL NOW, (I WAS JUST READING OVER OTHER PEOPLE'S POSTS & TRYING TO FOLLOW THE ADVICE THEY GOT, BUT I KEEP GETTING STUCK). THE ONLY THING THAT SEEMS TO BE AFFECTED IS THE 'MY DOCUMENTS/EXPLORER/FILE FOLDERS'.

I'VE NOTICED I CAN CNTRL.ALT.DEL. AND END THE 'DR WATSON' PROCESS TO REGAIN CONTROL OF EVERYTHING AGAIN WITHOUT RESTARTING, (EVERYTHING EXCEPT EXPLORER, WHICH I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS FOR A MONTH NOW). :tazz:
