Screen Takeover after Startup - Says "Antivirus Program Expired&q

I know that you have things that you ask us to do before posting but let me tell you my dilemma. The virus that I have will completely take over the screen a short while after the desktop shows in Normal mode. Initially there was absolutely nothing I could do to get back to the desktop to be able to run any of the programs showing. There is no Start button toolbar and can't bring it up. Yesterday before I came to your forum on a laptop I was able to download Adware 2007. I put it on a USB Flash Drive and put it on the ailing computer. Then in safe mode it wouldn't let me run the program. Said The administrator would not allow this to be run. SO, on the ailing computer, since I knew that it took just a little while for virus or trojan to takeover, I went to Normal Mode and quickly went to the flash drive and hit the setup just before the trojan did take over the screen. The little Adware setup screen went ahead and somehow showed and installed. Then it went ahead and started to do a complete scan. I went to bed. It locked up in the middle of the night because a my Norton jumped in and started a scan. The Norton scan showed nothing. So I got rid of the Norton screen and the Adware wouldn't finish. I let Adware clean or quarantine what it would it showed and then accidently hit the minimize button before saving a report, hiding it behind the takeover screen. WELL, then I am back to the "Takeover" screen telling me to falsely purchase some spyware. SO, I hit the power button thinking the computer would completely shut down BUT after one "End Now" screen which I chose to hit the button, the takeover screen went away and I am back to the desktop without completely shutting down. That is the stage I am in on this ailing computer at the present. I have been afraid to turn off the computer at this point. I have no Task Manager though. I can get on the internet presently though.
So I went to your forum and I noticed the things you want me to do and I can, when needed, go to Safe Mode and run AVG because I had previously downloaded it and have done it once before in Safe Mode but haven't lately. I have run ATF Cleaner as you said. I have done the clean up of old restore points as you asked. My Windows is updated.

Problem 1. I have run AVG before in Safe Mode and but then went to norma mode and the Trojan is still there with complete takeover. If this happens as before I will not then be able to go to Panda as you ask because the Trojan will not let me on the internet. I really think it is a freak thing that after hitting the power button to previously shut down that it didn't completely shut down and I am afraid to take a chance that I won't be able to get back to the internet on this ailing machine after an AVG scan. I can get on my laptop to read the forum at any time though. So that in mind...........

Question 1. Do you want me to run SuperAntiSpyware now or later in safe mode?
Question 2. Do you want me to run Hijack now or later in safe mode after shutting down?
Question 2. Can I run Panda rightn now BEFORE I shutdown in case I can't get back on the internet, and THEN go to safe mode to run AVG?
Question 3. Basically, what do you want me to do before I do shut down and go to Safe Mode, keeping in mind that probably the Trojan, if still there, won't let me get on the internet after going to Normal Mode again? If I can do some of the things now, then even if I CAN'T get back to normal I can read the Forum on my laptop and do all you ask me to in the Safe Mode on the ailing machine.
Also, I have previously been unable to connect to internet from Safe Mode.
