Bypass registration codes?

I downloaded AoA DVD Ripper 3.7 from Limewire but what I got seems to be just like the trial version they offer for free. It limits some of the features and asks for a user name and registration code which comes when you purchase the product. Is there a way to get past that and use the program I downloaded with full functions or should I break down and buy the software?

Only legal option on commercial software is to purchase.
