Hi there,

We have installed a wireless printer on our network. The printer is connected happily to our router, the laptop is connected happily to the router and prints wirelessly. :) Does the laptop connect wirelessly directly to the printer or via the router.

The problem is the main computer. We run the installation CD for the printer, it goes through everything fine, it gets to configuring the printer and says "Specified Port Unknown."

The computer lists my printer in its ports. It connects to the router ok, so I'm stuck. When it says "port" is it saying it can't find the printer? If so what is the issue. :)
