My daughter got a new Acer Aspire 4520 laptop for Christmas which runs Windows Vista. We downloaded iTunes so she can shop/buy/download music and it seemed to be fine except we cannot access the iTunes Store. An error message pops up that says "iTunes cannot connect to iTunes Store" then Please check to see if you're connection to the internet is active or something like that. Well we're connected to the internet just fine. I checked the Parental Controls and made sure we added iTunes to the accepted list. I tried their help and did all they said and nothing worked. What can we do?
