Hey,

I have a real quick question and I wasnt really sure in which topic to post it - So it's ended up here.

Basically Id just like to know if there's a way to stop my PC from logging itself out.
When I leave my computer for over 30mins I get logged out and end up on the *User Accounts* page. This is prooving to be a real pain since Im trying to download a 3.8GB file on a 54kb wireless system.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Happy new year btw. :)

You could try changing your screensaver settings, make the waiting minutes longer, and uncheck the box that says "On resume, display welcome screen". It might be that!

The download should continue to work, even though you are logged out.

As suggested above, change your screensaver settings to a longer time, or uncheck "Show Welcome Screen".

The download should continue, however if you have a slow computer it will just freeze.
