Hi,
I was having a lot of issues with my system and could not get on the internet for the last week. Norton was popping up a lot saying it was blocking a worm. Finally I just did a system restore. Once I did that I started gettting these pop ups CONSTANTLY. It was for three different ones where they wanted you to go to the website and purchase their product to fix the system. I did not do that. Today I am not getting any more pop ups. Is it gone or is it infected? Even though I stopped getting the pop ups I did dowload the spoybot search and destroy and it deleted nine things. The second part of my question is I am hoping I can recoup all of my music from my ipod. In hindsight there were steps I should have done before the restore that I did not do. Is there anyway to save my music? Please advise. Thank you.
Zan
(I only remember one of the pop ups ccleaner64.com. The others were like registrycleaner? and windows something?)
