Hi,
I have followed the suggested steps, including system restore and the trial AVG spyware program which has deleted several items found on my computer, but I am still having the same problem... when Internet Explorer is open, a new window of IE will automatically open. 95% of the time, it will say connecting, but it will not open a website. A few times it will open, usually loading the following URL: http://moneypalaceca...=4026_1486_5681
