when I boot up I receive this message:

EXPLORER.EXE - bad image

The appln or dll

E:Doucme~1\AJ\locals~1\temp\tmp11.tmp is snot a valid Windows image

WHAT IS THIS? AND HOW CAN I FIX IT. thank you

(when I boot up it goes to password login....goes thru to image on desktop....can see the items on desktop for a flash and then just the picture hanging there.
