I'm helping my dad clean up his computer. it's only a year old and has lots of available space, yet it is running SOOO slowly. i ran Hi Jack This and the log is LONG. I know i can get rid of a lot, but not sure where to start. I've attached the notepad file... Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
