Windows Live Mail – find the “Storage Folder”

Morning Guys,
Sorry for such a stupid request but I have just loaded “Windows Live Mail” on a second computer and can not find / load the “Storage Folder” which on my first computer is situated below the “Outbox” and above the “Add a e-mail account”.
Windows Live Mail doesn’t seam to give any help, nor did a search on the web.
All help appreciated - Rusty
