ad.yieldmanager - can't get rid of it!

I constantly get ad.yieldmanager.com login popup screens when surfing the web through FF.

Below are the things that I have done:

Temp files: deleted
Ad-Aware: Completed a full scan, host files, temporary files the works. Only 6 Objects found and deleted
Spybot: Clean. Nothing found.
Web Search: I found a post referencing ad.yieldmanager and winfixer but the solution did not apply to me. The files to delete were not located on my machine.

Please help, it's very annoying even checking my online mail is tedious.
