I just got a new computer and I am not quit sure how to hook it up to my printer.

Unfortunaetly, my chrystal ball is a little fogged up today so I am having a hard time seeing what type of printer you have and if it connects via USB or parallel. :)

Perhaps you could just give this info.

Also, what operating system?

Windows Vista Ultimate
Printer is HP Photosmart 2610xi all-in-one

But I have no idea if it connects via USB or parallel...
If you could tell me how I would be able to tell, then I could tell you.

What does the cable look like that goes from the printer to the computer?

HERE are the Vista drivers and installation instructions.

Did you not get the setup manual with the printer?
