I recently installed AVG virus and spyware help. But now all my shortcuts are gone and I cant get to system tools. I cant run a file check. I am not that familar with computers and am afraid to do too much I dont want to mess up. I keep getting DLL errors and I just cant do anything and I have no system restore on my computer either. I cant do anything and all my shortcuts are gone and everything. Please please help me.

You need to reformat your Hard Disk and reinstall Windows 98.You can take it to a computer repair shop and they will do it for you.

At my shop they charge 40$ or 50$.

You could also contact your computer manufacturer - eg. Dell - and request a backup disc to repair your operating system.
