Help With Worm.Win32.NetSky Virus

Hello, I am looking for some help, my computer has recently been infected with a virus 'supposedly' called Worm.Win32.NetSky (It calls it that in one of those fake warning messages), and I keep having these obviously fake warning messages pop up, so I just move them down into the corner and out of the way, I don't know if I should be accessing the internet on the infected computer, so thats why I am using a second computer for the interenet right now, becuase I read that this virus can distribute e-mails and steal your passwords, so I need to also know if I am able to access the internet or not. I was reading through some forums of people who have the same virus, and I read that is was called a Zlob. I'm not sure what it is really called, but that isnt really the point! I just want to get rid of it. I have tried many things, including AVG Anti Spyware Scan, AVG 7.5 Scan, McAfee Scan, and some other tips from forums, but nothing so far has helped (The scans found nothing).
