Does anyone know if there are Generic USB 2.0 Drivers out there for Win2000 SP4? I don't know the make of the Motherboard so that's why I ask.

it's built in to windows 2000 (the driver)...are you sure that's the problem

The Motherboard is old. May not be USB 2.0. Thanks dude!
