I am getting an error message when trying to send or receive my emails. The error message says something like ; Send error STMP receive error POP3 on my website email.

I have been told it may be a connection error but my ISP says they dont have an error and my web providers are saying the same ! Any ideas where I go from here

It souns like an ISP issue to me, but let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log back here with the results.
