I am trying to convert a Lotus Approach Database and also a Works 4 database to MS Access.
Can anyone help?

What version of Access are you using? Have you tried the import feature of Access?

In most applications you have the option to export a database to a csv or tab seperated values. Try that then import them into Access. You'll be prompted by a friendly wizard which will walk you through the steps.
