I have been having extreme trouble with a blinking hourglass and cannot get it to stop. I run McAfee- it is up to date. I run Spysweeper and Adaware- they are both up to date- ANYand ALL help is GREATLY appreciated!!!

I have taken the log file off to conserve space on your boards.

The problem was fixed by uninstalling McAfee Security Suite 7.0 and reinstalling.

Just for reference:
I have gotten the problem fixed!!!!!

I had been having little problems for about a week-week and a half. Little things that cropped up- I was slowly working through them.

Then this blinking hourglass- it was driving me nuts. Moreso I didn't know if it were a virus or what was going on.
Different things that had happened over the last week or two lead me to wonder if it were my McAfee Internet Suite. I hadn't really had any problems until it did an automatic update about 1 1/2 weeks ago or thereabouts.

I took it off last night and NO blinking cursor!!!! I reinstalled it today and no more blinking cursor. :tazz:
