A question for those that use EBAY?

Have you noticed that when you view an item and then hit the back button that it takes you 1st to an "aboutblank" page and then to an "adserver" page and then to the listing page?

I think EBAY is running extremely slow, at least on my system and watched how the page loaded. That is what I saw.

Is this normal or am I having a problem?

I'm not having any issues of the sort with Ebay - if I view an item and then hit the back button, it takes me directly back to ebay.com. Have you logged out and logged back in? Are you sure you're at the actual ebay site? It should just be www.ebay.com when you're at the main page.

Scott that is pretty odd. You should log in to eBay and pose your question to them. It will take a few days but they will reply. The few times I've had technical problems they have been most helpful.

Great suggestion and I would if they were the only page doing it.

Seems that MicroSoft released a cumlitive patch that created a lot of problems for a few users. I happen to be one of the users.

I have no idea what is wrong, but something somewhere is screwed up.

Regards,

Scott

Windows 2000 does not have a system restore option.
