"Windows - Bad Image" error message

HI,
Whenever I am logging into my Netzero account from home I get this gray error message box.
at the top it says "Windows - Bad Image"
and the text says "Exception Processing Message 0xc000076 Parameters 0x760B023c 0x760B023c 0x760B023c 0x760B023c"

I am able to login, but having to click OK on two error messages in a row bothers me.
I have no idea what this means! Please help!
