Windows XP Disc not being seen on reboot

I need to access my Windows XP CD while rebooting my computer but it can't seem to detect it. Are there any other ways I can try to get into the CD while rebooting?

Are you looking to boot from the CD or just look at it?

If boot from it, Have you changed the boot order in bios to boot from CD?
