Hello,
I tryed to un-install IE7 to re-install IE6 for web design purpose...
I un-installed IE7 but it left stuff behind and prevented me from installing ie6...
So now I'm trying to re-install IE7 but it doesn't work...
It goes through the install process and wants to reboot, which I do, but IE7 is not there.

Win XP is the OP...

Any advice?

Candy, when you uninstalled IE7, IE6 should have been restored automatically, no additional install is required. If this was not hte case, then IE7 remnants as you said are the probably culprit. See this MS article, see if it helps:
