hi new here. this only comes up when i start my computer :)

this is what i am getting on my computer when i start it.

1 - runtime error library with bigfix c:\programsfiles\bigfix\bigfix.exe

2 - is rundll error loading c:\program-1\mywebs-1\bar\3.bin\f35crctr.dll

3 sql dumper library,... something about being tampered with or something else cant remember what that was

how do i fixs these problems, i dont know anyway to fix this

Sounds like you have picked up some malware. Read through this area, see if you can Cleanup Your System. This takes care of the many of the problems without further action by the Malware Gurus on this site.

If this doesn't do it, post a HijackThis log HERE. Make sure you read the You Must Read This Before Posting A Hijackthis Log article before posting.

Please be patient as the malware removal experts are extremely busy and it can take 1 to 3 days for them to get to you.

okay now i did step ATF Cleaner, System Restore, SUPERAntiSpyware Home Edition (free version) , was i sppose to do this before superantispyware { AVG Anti-Spyware} or choose one,...

and i did the superantispyware it reboot my computer, nothing poped up,... but it took a min before i could use the the internet,...

i do have trend mirco pc-cillin securty 2007 on my computer and i have norton securty scan on here to,... is that okay or do i need to take one off,... the trend mirco i have till apirl of 2008 and i have to renew it...

Not a good idea to have two Anti-virus programs/suites active on one computer. From what I've read it can cause conflicts. I'd say pick one and uninstall the other.

As for disinfecting, follow the instructions as written. If you are not sure or need assistance then post in the Malware forum via the link I gave you.

you mean pick one securty like, i have norton, and trend mirco, and superantispyware???? i am not have anymore stuff pop up when i start the computer, but it is taking for ever to open thing like the internet or files,...

but when i close out all windows i the internet and it just my desk top i get a message that pops up saying

the memory could not read.

what am i doing wrong???? what do i do know??/

okay i took off the norton off my computer now this is what i have,...

trend mirco, superantispyware, panda actice scan

i did follow what it said in order,.... i guess i not doing it right
