hmmm.......just been reading this on their website here

SpywareGuard is a work-in-progress.
We cannot guarantee that it will not conflict with other security software on your machine.
However we do strive to fix any compatibility problems that may arise.

If you are worried about potential compatibility issues with SpywareGuard, we recommend you download SpywareBlaster instead.

and the copyright only extends to 2004........

.......so, in that case i would use SpywareBlaster here instead (which is the one i use)
