Are you running Vista 32bit?

The Gateway driver download site is not responding right now.

Gateway Driver/Download Search

32bit driver download location

Do you mean your computer?

Start Menu/Control Panel/System

The first panel should tell you about your computer (look for System Type)

Go back to the toshiba driver site and see if you can download a new driver for your system.
