Hi there everyone,

I am not computer minded at all and my computer has just started doing weird things. All of a sudden I cannot send mail from web pages 'defualt mail client not installed' and also cannot download stuff from the internet as I get an error message that I dont' have permisson to access the temporary internet folder where I presume the file gets downloaded too. What has happened, what have I done?. I am on Windows XP and have tried finding the .mailto file and it is not there. A worry.

Thanks!

Try using System Restore to before the problem occurred.

Click on Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore.

Post back with results please, thanks.
