i have been having problems with my computer..


when i reboot my computer, everything opens as usual but i can't do anything. when i press ctrl alt del .. the task manager opens and something called popuper is open over and over.<unknown> is also open several time an it grow and grows also.i cant get on the net .. nothing

the longer its on the more it opens and eventually explore stops responding.
what is this? help me get rid of it

trojan...you're going to need to visit the forum in my signature, download programs to another machine and copy them to that one, then post accordingly.

Follow the instriuction at the top of the forum

ok. i did everything you said and now it seems to be working .

BUT MY BACKGROUND LOOKS LIKE I'M IN SAFE MODE..
HOW CAN FIX THIS?

i don't mean to sound stupid but i'm not computer smart. :tazz:

you're not being stupid....but did you post a hijack log there (in that forum), part of the process in addressing the issue involves a post there if a problem remains.
