Trojan.Puper.ac Family

I have a Trojan. Puper.ac Family virus on my computer and cannot get rid of it. I have AVG pro and No adware for protection. The AVG found various Trojans on a recent scan, got rid of them but has left the Puper.ac untouched and I can't move it at all.
Is there a way I can kill this bugger without having to download another couple of Virus Scanners. I think I've had this infection for some time but have only recently discovered it. Any help would be gratefully received. Thanks, Bill.
