Hi, I'm getting a tad annoyed now...! i did have connection all working fine and all other networking connections are working fine. but over the christmas period i could not connect. i was guessing this was due to the volume of users. but i have connected once since but that was it. still no luck today.

i've not loaded and new software or hardware.

when i run the network diagnostics the connection shows all as working but displays this in the results:

Well, you said it. Sometimes you're able to connect, and sometimes you won't - because there is simply too much traffic. Too many people are viewing the site at the same time, resulting in bad lag, and results in some users not able to connect.

You have 2 choices - keep refreshing, or wait till the festive season ends.
