Hey, Im not a total newbie but neither am I a geek lol and I do need help. A while ago I was a naughty girl and got a 'cracked' game and since then my pc been problematic. I removed said game and a browser modifier and have done XoftspySE scan(clean) Norton (clean) when it is functional, Ad-Aware(clean) and Trojan Remover (also clean). I have used Regcure too. I tried to use spybot S&D but in every instance it crashed and at varying points of scanning. By crashed I mean froze whole system. Had to shut down with power button on tower. Im not being directed to different sites anymore but sometimes system will lag while being directed and I think it is connected to my Symantec Norton. This is provided by BT Broadband. Auto-Protect will have an error and refuse to repair unless I reboot...then a short while later will happen again. I did go to Symantec for the 'tool thingy'. Hasnt made any difference really. Anyhow I looked in task manager and saw SSKD02.exe and it doesnt look familiar and searching brought me here. I have my Hijackthis log below. Thanks in advance for any advice...even if it is "get rid of Norton" lol.
