All depends on the case, some will some won't.
You can either google it or tell me the case and I can tell you whether or not it comes with fans.

ok well i am going to use my 32" LCD HDTV as my monitor. it has a max res of 1360x768 or something like that. would a single 8800GT be good to play on with that as my monitor or would i need to get a better video card.

That would be good but 1360x768 is not a resolution I have heard of and you will likely encounter issues with games supporting that resolution.

Yes it is a real resolution, it's the typical resolution of 720P TV's.
As for games, I know some games do, I can confirm that COD4 does, but you may run into a few issues at times.

COD4 does 1360x768 not 1366x768.

Titan, 1280x720 is exactly 720P, but 1360x768 is still a 720P TV even though the resolution is greater. For one reason or another, most TV's that retail nowadays are 1360x768 if they are not 1080i/p compatible.

ehh, companies need to stick to standards better. Either way I'm sure that it can handle a different resolution even if it looks a bit off. Personally, I would hold off on a monitor and atleast give it go.
