I right click on the taskbar, but I do not see the word taskbar or image name. I get, Toolbars, cascade windows etc. I tried again in safe mode but it froze again. <_<

Sorry you don't understand <_<. Just hit Ctrl-Alt-Delete instead and close out the programs I told you. On your system, just click "End Task" to close the program. Here are the rest of the instructions:

The programs you need to close are (one at a time, if found):

Cool creative.exe
realsched.exe
tgcmd.exe
TukatiRedistributor.exe

After you have closed these programs, be sure you're able to view hidden files and folders, and remove the following files and folders in bold:

C:\Program Files\Support.com\ <-- This Folder
C:\Program Files\Idleke\ <-- This Folder (name starts with this)
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe <-- This File
C:\Program Files\Tukati\ <-- This Folder
C:\PROGRAM FILES\GLOBALCHIN\ <-- This Folder

If you can't find any of them, just search for the words in bold and delete what you find.

Finally, reboot and post a new log. :D

It's ok, we'll get it. Just try deleting the folders I said in normal mode. If it says it can't delete because a program is running, it'll give you the name of the program. Close that program by using Ctrl-Alt-Delete and continue to delete the folder. Keep on untill all the files/folders I said to delete are deleted.

Thought I'd better ask about this. I went under C; and could not find the files you mentiomed BUT..if I type in the file name under search, they show up under C: windows/system, should I still delete them if they are there? I didn't check for all of them. Also it say tukati redistributor and tukati client. Do I do both?

My last post kind of got buried. Could you check it out before I move on to deleting some files? Thanks.

Hi Mary Ann, I suspect a virus or trojan may be responsible for you not being able to start your computer is safe mode.

Try running these free scans, and let us know the results: <_<
Run a free online virus scan here:
http://housecall.antivirus.com/

And a free trojan scan here:
http://www.moosoft.com/

When finished, reboot and paste a new HijackThis log.
