I have the Microsoft Zune and after the most recent firmware update, I find myself unable to log on. It keeps coming up with a message:
"Can't connect to Zune Marketplace. Make sure no other instances of the Zune software are running, and try again."
Searching other forums, I have uninstalled/reinstalled, reset the DRM but still to no avail. Anyone who has any other suggestions, I would be very appreciative and grateful
