Evening Everyone,

I have the Microsoft Zune and after the most recent firmware update, I find myself unable to log on. It keeps coming up with a message:

"Can't connect to Zune Marketplace. Make sure no other instances of the Zune software are running, and try again."

Searching other forums, I have uninstalled/reinstalled, reset the DRM but still to no avail. Anyone who has any other suggestions, I would be very appreciative and grateful

Thanks

Thanks for the suggestion.

However, it still did not work. Checking out some Zune forums, this appears to be a common problem that Microsoft has not quite de-bugged.

Thanks
