I have a sound problem but so far it only is effecting three things:
1. I use the Eudora mail program and have it setup to play a sound when I
get mail but it no longer does despite being set-up to do so.
2. I used musicmatch to play mp3 files but now it doesn't play the sounds
correctly. I removed the program and reinstalled it but still have the same problem. The mp3 files play fine with WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER.
3. I play these slot machines at http://www.freeslots.com/ and use to have sound
but no longer do.
Could I have a problem with me sound card that would only effect those things???
Other game sites like http://www.slingo.com or http://www.jackpot.com still have sound and I have no sound problems when I play games.

Sound problems are almost always related to a corrupt sound device driver. Have you tried updating your sound card driver?

Hm.. I don`t need what it can be nut you can try to har anything in these slot games while playing http://www.slotozill...slots/wizard-oz ?I know that they have similar CMS, maybe this will help? Maybe you need to update your drivers? I don`t think that at casinos they use the latest technologies because of which your PC can not overwhelm it..
