:(No error messages appear. It is just impossible to open any links received so I need help to stop this from happening.

I woudl try to boot to safe mode with networking. Then launch the application and see if the installer completes the installation.

Please let us know what happens.

Thanks but that didn't work. What did work was removing Zlob with a scanner.
