boken usb's need help!

i have a toshiba satellite a 135 and it has four usb's. two stopped working and one downgraded to a usb 1.1. only one works correctly. i have no idea on what to do. can you please help me someone. leave a semi detailed response. thanks a lot! brent

Shutdown your laptop and leave it off for awhile, Make sure nothing is plugged in and remove the battery if possible. After a few hours begin by re-inserting the battery, then any external cables you may have. See if this helps.
