windows xp starts in diagnostic mode?!

it says this when i start my cpu:

*black screen pops up*

run windows
run windows normally

then it just pops up to windows loading screen..(blue one)

really fast it goes to welcome and loads my deaktop

this is really unusial..dousent usually load this fast

Start>>Run. In Run type "msconfig" (without the quotes), click OK

In the "General" tab under "Startup Selection" check the "Normal Startup" radial button, click "Apply" then "OK".
