Creeping System - Hijack Log Attached

Hi, My system has recently been running slow and experiencing random crashes. Soon after it started I discovered and removed a trojan from my system (something to do with a Java application). As recommended on these boards, I ran a Winsock repair today, checked for Spyware using Ad-Aware SE Personal, checked for Viruses using McAfee, and ran the Service pack update. I found no viruses or malware and it turns out I was already running Service Pack 2. I am still experiencing graphics problems and actually some sound problems now too (after doing the above). My Hijack-this log is below (after reboot)...any help you could provide is much appreciated.

Virus scans and Malware scans came up with nothing. No idea where the problem was, but I just ended up doing a complete system wipe since I had recent backups. All is running well now.

Thank you for taking the time to review my hijack log and thanks for all the helpful information on this site. The XP tweaks are great.
