I run dual boot- Vista/MCE 2005, use a Logitech EasyCall Keyboard Mouse combo, and primarily work in vista. I recently booted up XP to try to run updates to MCE 2005 but couldn't use my keyboard or mouse. The screen resolution was lowered, and the pointer was unresponsive to any input. So, I plugged the Logitech into different USB ports, with no change in result. Then I plugged in an old PS/2 keyboard and mouse from my other XP computer. Same result.

The Logitech used to work for XP; it still works for VISTA. Any thoughts on what would disable both USB and PS/2 keyboards that used to work in XP only?
