thanks for your advice again, I am thinking of asking the Mods on here if I can continue my training which I left late last year.
Not only is it helping me but rather than keep asking you guys and girls if I can help others if I graduate getting their pc running healthy again, I would love doing this as this is one of the best sites on the internet.

I would recommend that you stick with the training if you have the desire. It is very enjoyable and fulfilling. We need all the help we can get as you can see

I am sure they would be happy to let you back in, maybe this will be the drive you need to finish the training.
