Sorry for yet another iTunes thread!

I hope someone can help!

I've tried to download iTunes several times now, but it keeps stalling on the "stop systems" part of the installation. The error message asks me to check if I have the correct privilages to stop systems.

As far as I'm aware I have administrator rights on my laptop (I'm the only user), so what's gone wrong?
