Is there a way to tell when a file was last used? If you right click and look in properties it will just show the last time as being the second you right clicked it?

There is a little program called 'filedraft'.
If you have a folder with a few files in it.
it will display the top ten accesed or downloaded.
I use it for downloads mainly, haven't used for anything else.
But it may be worth a look.

Right click on any column heading, Name Size Type etc. Click on More... at the bottom then check Date Accessed. This will give you a last accessed column in Windows Explorer.
