Hi,
I recently found that Mozilla Firefox seemed to hijack Internet Explorer when I tried to access the Yahoo Games website.
I decided to uninstall Firefox and reinstall it at a later date.
I now find that I cannot 1. Access a website link. 2. Download a file from the web. 3. Return to Home Page. 4. Open an email attachment.
When I try any of these actions, I received a message saying 'Application not found'.
Since running the scans and checks you require before posting a 'Hijack This' log, the message now reads 'The file does not have an program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel'.

I have not been able to run ATF Cleaner - Cannot download. However I manually emptied Cookie, Web History and Temporary Internet Files.

I have run System Restore.

I cannot run AVG although I once had it on my system - Cannot download the program again. I have Spy Doctor on my system here is a log of the scan:

I ran Panda Active Scan. The scanning window closed automatically after the scan. So I assume nothing was found.

I cannot download any Windows Updates. However my computer automatically receives them.
