Hi there,
This is a question on behalf of my daughter. She uses blueyonder.co.uk web mail and recently, when she tries to open attachments, she is getting a "the file *****.doc is not available" error.
Has anyone got any idea what might be causing this? The tech support from blueyonder is not great....:)

Thanks,

Karl (maunder)

Hi maunder. Welcome to the forum.

If your daughter is able to open .doc files stored locally (those stored on the PC) with no problem, I would say it's a problem with the blueyonder website, which I see is now owned by Virgin Media. If it's a website problem, only the website operator can fix it.
Sorry I can't be more help other than in my first sentence .

Thanks pip, but it is purely a word problem. She is unable to open any word docs, including those on the hard disk. Have already tried START, RUN, WINWORD /R to re-register word, without any success. Any ideas?
