I have followed the steps for first timers, and then some. Adaware found the scanregw.exe file, but I had to delete it manually (computer is running better). Symantec AV found the khptg.dll file and deleted it. I have located orec.exe (but have not deleted this - not sure what it does - it did not come up on any of the scans). I have blocked orec.exe from the internet (w/ Zone Alarm). I did find some residue in the registry, but do not want to modify unless absolutely sure. If there is anything else in the log that I have not seen, let me know how to fix. Please help and thank you.
